Anything that’s human is mentionable, and anything that is mentionable can be more manageable. When we can talk about our feelings, they become less overwhelming, less upsetting, and less scary.

Individual Therapy

Individual therapy is an opportunity to invest in your own well-being and the returns on this investment for you and your relationships can be huge! Typically I meet with people one or two times to see if we are a good fit for your needs and then decide together how frequently we will meet (typically 1 or 2x/week). In individual session, I work from a relational perspective and incorporate techniques from DBT, CBT, Mindfulness, and other modalities when appropriate. Sessions are typically 53 minutes.

Couples Therapy

Couples therapy is an opportunity to work with your partner to improve the strength of your connection. Couples therapy can happen anytime even though it is often thought of following a crisis or rupture. Sessions are typically 90 minutes.

Family Therapy

Family therapy involves 2 or more individuals from a family working together to reconnect, repair and strengthen the relationship going forward. I offer family therapy for individuals supporting a person in eating disorder recovery such as siblings, parents, grandparents, and children of the person in recovery.

Life doesn’t make any sense without interdependence. We need each other, and the sooner we learn that, the better for us all.
