I offer trainings, workshops, groups and lectures with a focus on increasing knowledge about prevention of eating disorders, body image, disordered eating, eating disorders, and reducing risk. I also offer training for schools that are supporting students with existing eating disorder diagnoses. I can work with you or your group to determine what format and content would best meet your goals and budget.

I have experience offering trainings to school-based professionals at the k-12 levels in public, private and “prep” (boarding/independent) school environments. I also have experience with training mental health (and mental health-allied) professionals who are interested in gaining more knowledge and confidence in supporting individuals in eating disorder recovery.

Please reach out to discuss your school or institution’s needs and how I can support them. I am happy to provide a full CV on request.
